The pulao looks yumm Pooja, I tried it once with frozen spinach and it was really bad, in the sense it taste like any other pulao without any contribution from the spinach. Dint buy any fresh spinach recently due to the e-coli thing, will buy a huge bunch on my next visit to the store and try it out :-)
Hi
Thank you all for your encouraging compliments. as I see that everyone liked carrot flower very much, let me tell you the facts behind it. It’s a little long story :D
It took my hours to shape up this flower, as it was the first time I was making it, I wasted 2 carrot before I come to make this :D . A friend of mine who had gone through some cooking class was here with me, and gave me this idea. To make this, one need special type of shaped knifes as she had that with her I thought to give it a try . : ) . finally when I finished making it, I was so much tired of carving it, that I decided that I will not try making this again.
But after going through all your compliments , It feels like my effort for making that was not useless. So many people are here to value my task for that. If anytime in future , I could gather courage to make it again: )), I will surely take pictures of it, step by step, but right now I don’t think , I will do so in near future , even I don’t have knifes used to give it shapes.
Thanks for being with me.
Asha,Usha,Revathi & vini - soon i am going to post your delicious entries for the third day of this week.thank you.
