I tried Sweet Corn to make veg main course for our Indian dish. As I had sweet corn at home I seached some good recipe to make, but as I find each one either lengthy or different than our main course, I tried it with my own idea.
Ingredients:
200 Gms Yellow Sweet Corn, Cooked
2 Red, Ripe Tomato, Chopped finely
1 Capsicum, or Green chili as show in the pic below.
5-6 cloves of garlic grated, 1/2 tsp ginger grated
2 tblsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste

Method:
First boil the corn , and keep it on side, Take oil in pan or Kadhai and add to this jeera, mustard when it starts splattering add green Chili to it. after 1/2 min add tomato to it, and let it cook for 3-4 mins, until it turns to smooth gravy . now add gingle & garlic past to it, then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder to it. lastly add the cooked sweet corn and let it cook for 2 mins.
Sweet Corn Curry is ready to eat with hot chapatis or phulka. Serve with curd oe buttermilk , aachar or whatever u like, but dont forget to add love to it. it is the real matter which adds taste to it. :)
